This is what's on TV Tuesday, July 16, 2013.

MLB All-Star Game: From New York

Fox – 7:30pm LIVE – The week off from real baseball continues with the 84th annual Midsummer Classic at Citi Field in New York City. Will the National League stretch its winning streak to four, or will the American League break the streak?

Whose Line is it Anyway?

The CW – 8pm – Aisha Tyler takes over for Drew Carey on this revival of the British improv comedy game show. Ryan Stiles, Colin Mochrie and Wayne Brady return along with an array of up-and-coming improv artists and guests from other TV shows. Back-to-back episodes air tonight, followed by the debut of Perfect Score. ABC was the last network to air the show, and frankly I'm surprised we haven't seen the show since 2007. This could be a good get for The CW.

America's Got Talent

NBC – 9pm – The auditions are over and the acts head to Vegas for the next phase of the competition. Will Howard Stern, Mel B, Howie Mandel, and Heidi Klum still be impressed by what they've seen?

Ink Master

Spike – 10pm – The third season of this tattoo competition kicks off tonight with the 16 inkslingers working with prison inmates. One of those contestants (not a prisoner) will be Katherine "Tatu Baby" from last season, who was voted in as a fan favorite.
