40th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards
HLN – 8pm Eastern / 5pm Pacific LIVE – The major awards of the 40th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards will air tonight live coast-to-coast. The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Sesame Street have picked up several awards already in the technical categories, which were announced Saturday. Tonight's show will feature the "Best Of" categories, acting in soap operas, and lifetime achievement awards for game show legends Monty Hall (Let's Make a Deal) and Bob Stewart (producer of the Pyramid franchise).
HBO – 9pm – It's been a while since we've had anything vampire-related in pop culture, hasn't it? The sixth season of HBO's drama kicks off with Bill getting reincarnated, Alcide taking a leadership role, and the state of Louisiana declaring war on vampires. There will be blood.
The 2013 Miss USA Pageant
NBC - 9pm From Las Vegas, E!'s Giuliana Rancic and Nick Jonas host the annual beauty pageant that serves as a precursor to the Miss Universe Pageant. Nick and the other Jonas Brothers will perform as 51 women battle it out for the title.
Showtime – 10pm – Following the season finale of Nurse Jackie, this historical drama will air its final episode tonight. Cesare will reconcile with Alexander, gets into a fight with Alfonso, and sends his forces to attack Forli.
