Tonight's television features the start of the annual Jeopardy contestant search, the returns of America's Supernanny, Justified, and Snooki & JWoww, and a new time slot for Jimmy Kimmel Live. Here's what's on TV Tuesday.
If you want a chance to be a contestant on Jeopardy, the online contestant test begins tonight. Pre-registration is required at the show's website. Tonight's test is intended for those in the Eastern time zone, starting at 8pm. Tomorrow night is for the folks in Central and Mountain, starting at 8pm Central time. Thursday's test begins at 8pm Pacific time. If you can't compete in your designated time zone, be sure to log in one of the other two nights at the appropriate time. No offense, but y'all are going down .
Most of the big premieres are on cable. Justified returns for its fourth season on FX at 10pm. Raylan will be taking on America's Supernanny, which begins its second season on Lifetime, also at 10pm. Meanwhile, MTV reminds us that Snooki & JWoww are still a thing despite becoming new moms. See what happens at 10pm.
Finally, ABC will be shuffling its late night lineup as Jimmy Kimmel Live slides down to 11:35pm Eastern to take on Jay Leno, David Letterman, and the cable counterparts. As for Nightline, the long-running news program moves to 12:35am.
