Wednesday TV: The Concert for Sandy Relief, 10 Most Fascinating People of 2012, Toddlers & Tiaras
Dec 12 2012 08:53 am CET

It's a special night of television programming tonight with three major specials hitting the airwaves. The Concert for Sandy Relief tops the bill, followed by Barbara Walters list of Fascinating People and a Toddlers & Tiaras retrospective. Here's what's on TV Wednesday.

The big event today is the 12/12/12 Concert for Sandy Relief telethon. The four-and-a-half hour event will feature performances from Billy Joel, Kanye West, Alicia Keys, Sir Paul McCartney and New Jersey's very own Jon Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. Several cable networks will be carrying the concert, including Discovery Fit and Health, HBO and WE. If you want to watch on broadcast, the only over-the-air network covering the event will be Ion. You can also stream the concert on the event website. The show begins at 7:30pm Eastern.

Why can't ABC cover the fundraiser? It will be airing the Barbara Walters special The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2012. On her 20th edition of this list, you can find Family Guy creator Serh MacFarlane, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Argo director and star Ben Affleck, and up-and-coming boy band from the UK X Factor One Direction. The countdown begins at 9:30pm.

Finally, TLC takes a look back at the Most Memorable Moments from Toddlers & Tiaras. This special goes all the way back to the show's debut in 2009 to check in with former contestants, parents, pageants, and other cringe-worthiness. The special premieres at 8pm on TLC followed by a new episode of Toddlers & Tiaras at 9pm.
