The 2012-13 Season officially begins today. To celebrate, Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune are back for new seasons, and The Mob Doctor and Revolution debut. Meanwhile, TNT's drama Perception wraps up its first season. Here's what's on TV Monday.
Top-rated syndicated game shows Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy are back with new episodes. Wheel turns 30 this season while Jeopardy will add a Military Week to its slate of special programs. Check your local listings for times and possible station changes (the show has moved in the Cleveland market, just FYI).
In primetime, Fox has a new Monday night slate. At 8pm, Bones returns for its eighth season. It's three months later and Brennan is still on the run. Then at 9pm, the new drama The Mob Doctor debuts. A Chicago surgeon gets enmeshed in the mafia world as she tries to pay off her brother's gambling debts.
Following more auditions on The Voice, you can find the new drama Revolution. On this show, physics takes a half day and anything that follows the basic, irrefutable laws of electricity stops working. The action picks up 15 years after the event, where militias with bows and arrows rule the land. This is from JJ Abrams dream factory, so take that with a grain of salt. The show debuts at 10pm.
Finally, TNT's new drama Perception finishes its first season tonight. Pierce finally finds proof for his conspiracy theory, but he also has to come to terms with some harsh realities about Natalie. Find out what happens at 10pm.
