Monday TV: Katie, Ricki Lake, Jeff Probst, The Chew, The Talk, Hoarders, The Voice, Bachelor Pad

Technically the television season doesn't start until next week, but things are getting started early this year. Katie Couric is back on TV, Hoarders and The Voice return, and the Bachelor Pad crowns its winners. Here's what's on TV Monday.
Daytime television features much in the realm of talk shows today. ABC's The Chew is back for a second season with special guest Katie Couric, who will be on hand to plug her new talk show Katie. Meanwhile, the women of The Talk on CBS will open their third season without the assistance of makeup. Also joining the current chat show fray are Jeff Probst and Ricki Lake. Check your local listings for times and stations.
NBC's hit competition The Voice returns for season three tonight at 8pm. One of the big changes this season is the introduction of the spinning chairs into the Battle Rounds. Joining the panel as mentors this season are Mary J. Blige (Adam Levine), Michael Buble (Blake Shelton), Matchbox Twenty's Rob Thomas (Cee Lo Green), and Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong (Christina Aguilera).
Also returning tonight is A&E's Hoarders. As if the stakes weren't already raised enough on this show - child and adult welfare organizations, dead/dying animals, collapsing houses, HAZMAT SUITS – the professionals who help the clients will actually spend a night in each week's hoard to get a better understanding of how the clients live. Yikes. The show returns at 9pm.
Finally, Bachelor Pad wraps up its third season on ABC. The eliminated contestants will come back for a reunion and cast their votes for which couple they want to advance to the grand prize round. Will that couple split the $250,000 prize, or will greed trump "love"? Find out at 8pm.
