Sunday TV: Olympics Closing Ceremony, Animal Practice, Hell on Wheels, Roast of Roseanne, Longmire, The Glades

Tonight's television features the Closing Ceremonies for the Olympics, the Glades and Longmire. Roseanne gets roasted, Animal Practice gets previewed, and Hell on Wheels is back on track. Here's what's on TV Sunday.
First up, the 2012 Summer Olympics Closing Ceremony will be held in London with coverage beginning at 7pm on NBC. The cauldron will be extinguished, the Olympic flag will be handed to the the mayor of Rio de Janiero as they prepare for the 2016 games, the Spice Girls will perform, and all will be joyous. Following the four-hour event will be a special commercial-free preview of the new comedy Animal Practice.
Additionally on the comedy front, Roseanne becomes the latest comedian "honored" with a Comedy Central Roast. Jane Lynch hosts the raunch-fest with commentary from Sharon Stone, Carrie Fisher, Katey Sagal and Ellen Barkin. Also appearing are the two Beckys (Lecy Goranson and Sarah Chalke) and DJ (Michael Fishman) from Roseanne. The salute begins at 10pm.
Also on premiering tonight is the second season of the AMC western Hell on Wheels. The railroad continues to move west while legal battles ensue. The newest episode begins at 9pm followed by a new episode of Breaking Bad at 10pm.
Finally, A&E's Sunday slate airs finales tonight. Season three of The Glades wraps up at 9pm with a case of an endorsement deal scuttled due to a murder. At 10pm, the freshman season of the hit Longmire concludes. A teen acquitted of rape is murdered while Walt finally comes to terms with his wife's demise.
