Sunday TV: Hillbilly Handfishin', Gator Boys, Oprah's Lifeclass, Xtreme Waterparks, Insane Coaster Wars

With the Olympics dominating broadcast television, you need to go to cable to find the newest of the new programming tonight. Animal Planet welcomes back Hillbilly Handfishin', Oprah's Lifeclass is back in session, and Travel has vacation ideas. Here's what's on TV Sunday.
Animal Planet's Hillbilly Handfishin' is back for a second season at 8pm. Tonight's episode features guests from Cleveland, Iowa and New Jersey. At 9pm, Gator Boys wraps up its first season with the future of the Everglades Holiday Park up in the air. Oh, and there's a pregnant alligator on the loose.
If you are looking for some last-minute summer vacation ideas, Travel Channel has you covered. At 8pm you can catch back-to-back episodes of Xtreme Waterparks. Tonight's episodes feature Denver and Phoenix. At 9pm you can see what sort of battles are being waged in the Insane Coaster Wars. The first episode features the tallest coasters while the second features rides where you travel backwards.
Finally, Oprah's Lifeclass is back for season two. Tonight's guest is Iyanla Vanzant, the inspirational speaker who specializes in overcoming guilt. The show airs at 10pm on OWN.
