Friday TV: Say Yes to the Dress, Randy to the Rescue, Evil I, Cold Blood, Fairly Legal

Tonight's television features a changing of the guard in the cable reality realm. Cold Blood and Fairly Legal go off-duty while Say Yes to the Dress, Randy to the Rescue, and Evil, I report for duty. Here's what's on TV Friday.
TLC has two shows premiering tonight. First, at 9pm, is the eighth-season premiere of Say Yes to the Dress. After a double dose of episodes, you can catch the SYttD spin-off series Randy to the Rescue at 10pm. On this show, Randy Fenoli travels the country to help multiple clients find the right look for their weddings.
Over on Investigation Discovery, the evening begins with the season finale of Cold Blood at 9pm. Tonight's case highlights the 2000 murder of Kristine Fitzhugh. Then at 10pm, the true crime docu-series Evil, I debuts with back-to-back episodes. Tonight's episodes feature a serial killer and a torturer. Uh, neat.
Finally, USA's Fairly Legal closes its second season tonight at 9pm. This week's case may implicate in DA Davidson in a scandal. If that isn't troublesome enough, Kate finally has to decide if she goes with Justin or Ben.
