Wednesday TV: CMT Music Awards, Royal Pains, Million Dollar Listing

It's another big night of television. CMT will hand out trophies at its annual Music Awards, USA's slate of Royal Pains and Necessary Roughness returns, and Bravo peruses the Million Dollar Listing page for a fifth season. Here's what's on TV Wednesday.
Toby Keith and Kristen Bell are on hand to host the 2012 CMT Music Awards at 8pm. Carrie Underwood, who has five nominations, will perform tonight. Joining her on stage in Nashville will be Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum, Brad Paisley and Zac Brown Band.
Over USA, Royal Pains is back for its fourth season. The doctors are working at a food festival featuring some competitive eaters. Evan is ready to get his business underway and Jill ties up the loose ends at Hamptons Heritage. The show begins at 9pm, followed by the return of Necessary Roughness at 10pm.
Finally, Bravo's realty reality series Million Dollar Listing is back for season five. The show returns to Los Angeles with Josh, Josh and Madison dealing with high-maintenance clients and real estate that is well out of the 99%'s price range. The premiere airs at 9pm.
