Fox Fall 2012 schedule released: All-comedy Tuesday moves Glee to Thursday

Fox presented its Fall 2012 schedule Monday morning ahead of its upfront presentation in the afternoon. With only a few gaps needing replacement, the new schedule featured mostly shuffling, with Glee and Touch moving to new nights.
Glee will move to Thursday nights to get paired up with the results show of The X Factor. This move was to allow for an all-comedy block on Tuesday night, with Ben and Kate and The Mindy Project joining Raising Hope and New Girl.
The other schedule shift features Touch moving to Fridays to pair up with Fringe. This move makes sense, as many were surprised the Kiefer Sutherland drama had been renewed at all.
