Sunday TV: NCAA Selection Show, Bob's Burgers, The Announcement, Shahs of Sunset

Mar 11 2012 10:53 am ET
Tonight we have the bracket announcement for the NCAA Tournament, a documentary about Magic Johnson's famous announcement, the season premiere of Bob's Burgers, and a new show on Bravo called Shahs of Sunset. Here's what's on TV Sunday.
March Madness begins today with the revelation of the 2012 big bracket on the NCAA Basketball Championship Selection Show. This year's event will continue the format from last year with 68 teams competing in the Big Dance. Frankly, this is all a formality since Syracuse is going to run the table (yeah, I said it). The special airs at 6pm Eastern on CBS.
Bob's Burgers returns for a second season tonight on Fox. In the premiere, the kids explore a taffy factory, unaware that it's slated for demolition. Bob and Linda get to spend the day trying to find the kids. See what happens at 8:30pm.
After ESPN breaks down the NCAA bracketology, they will be airing the new documentary The Announcement at 9pm. This film chronicles Magic Johnson's 1991 revelation that he is HIV-positive. Arsenio Hall, Larry Bird and Pat Riley are among those interviewed. The doc debuts at 9pm.
Finally, Bravo has a new series called Shahs of Sunset, which follows the lives of a clique of Persian-Americans. The debut is somewhat ill-timed, given that All-American Muslim was cancelled earlier this week. Of course, with Bravo's dramarama formula perhaps this will be more interesting than the TLC show. Find out tonight at 10pm.
