Along with various marathons this Presidents' Day, you can learn more about President Clinton on American Experience. The Basketball Wives and Bethenny are back on the tube, as well. Here's what's on TV Monday.

First up, Basketball Wives is back for a fourth season on VH1. Kenya Bell and Kesha Nichols join the cast while Jen and Evelyn find a rift in their friendship. The dramarama begins at 8pm with repeats throughout the evening.

On PBS, American Experience will air part one of its profile of Bill Clinton. The biography will cover Clinton's upbringing, his first term in the Oval Office, and the scandals that lined that path. "The Comeback Kid" is scheduled for 9pm, but check your local PBS listings.

Finally, Bethenny Frankel is back for another season of Bethenny Ever After. Season three opens with a new cocktail created by Bethenny while her husband Jason struggles with life in the public eye. Catch the premiere at 9pm on Bravo.
