Thursday TV: NHL All Star Fantasy Draft, Fat Chef, Russell Simmons Ruckus

Cable has a variety of new offerings tonight. NBC Sports will carry the NHL All Star Draft, the Food Network has a new reality show featuring chefs confronting obesity, and Russell Simmons has a new show on Comedy Central. Here's what's on TV Thursday.
Hockey fans will want to tune into tonight's NHL All-Star Fantasy Draft. Daniel Alfredsson and Zdeno Chara will pick their teams for this year's All-Star Game. Live coverage begins at 8pm on NBCSports.
Food Network takes a look at obesity in the new show Fat Chef. Each week, two culinary professionals are followed as they work with nutritionists and trainers to try to conquer food addiction and lose weight. Obesity is no joke, but there's also the adage of not being able to trust a skinny chef. See how tonight's subjects do starting at 10pm.
Finally, Comedy Central debuts a new stand-up series tonight. Russell Simmons Presents The Ruckus is a half-hour block with three stand-up acts perfroming in NYC's Edison Ballroom. JB Smoove hosts. Two episodes air tonight starting at 10pm.
