Jan 25 2012 09:59 am ET
Tonight features a preview of the drama Touch, art forensics on Nova, a departure from the CSI forensics team, and the season premiere of MTV's The Challenge. Here's what's on TV Wednesday.
The big buzz tonight is a preview episode of Fox's new drama Touch. An emotionally-stunted child has a fascination with numbers that allows him to predict the future. Kiefer Sutherland plays the child's father on this series written and created by Tim Kring (Heroes). Check out the episode at 9pm, following tonight's American Idol auditions.
Over on PBS, Nova explores the world of art forensics. "Mystery of a Masterpiece" profiles investigators in the stolen art market and how to detect fraudulent works. The episode is scheduled for 9pm, but check your local listings.
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation will be saying goodbye to one of its original cast members tonight. Catherine Willows, played by Marg Helgenberger, will leave the team after making an important life choice. The farewell episode airs at 10pm on CBS.
Finally, MTV's Real World/Road Rules competition spin-off The Challenge is back for a 22nd season. This year's twist features thirteen teams, with each pair a set of exes. Will the teams battle with each other or themselves? Find out tonight at 10pm.
