Monday TV: BCS Championship, First Week In, America's Money Class
Jan 09 2012 10:12 am ET

Tonight's television features an ecclectic mix. The BCS Championship Game will be held, we get to see prison from the perspective of newbies, and Suze Orman is ready to teach you some financial planning. Here's what's on TV Monday.

First up, the college football post-season comes to a close with tonight's BCS Championship Game. Alabama will take on the undefeated LSU in New Orleans. Though LSU beat 'Bama last November, the Crimson Tide leads in total matchups with the Tigers. The game begins at 8:30pm Eastern on ESPN.

On Discovery, the new series First Week In debuts. This show tracks the lives of inmates who are in prison for the first time. Yikes. The show premieres at 9pm followed by Mobster Confessions at 10pm.

Finally, if fiscal responsibility is on your resolutions list, America's Money Class With Suze Orman is here to help. This six-episode series features the financial guru delivering lectures (and a final exam) about conquering financial obstacles. Class is in session at 9pm on OWN.
