Tuesday TV: What Not to Wear, Epic History of Things, Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

Tonight's television features several returning shows on cable, a new series on History, and holiday specials on CBS. Here's what's on TV Tuesday.
CBS kicks things off tonight with its annual airing of the Rankin-Bass classic Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer at 8pm. After an NCIS repeat at 9pm you can catch this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show at 10pm. Kanye West, Nicki Minaj and Maroon 5 will provide the soundtrack for the annual lingerie show.
Speaking of fashion, TLC's What Not to Wear returns with a double dose of episodes beginning at 9pm. Tonight's clients feature an older single mom/psch ward nurse and a lady with a turtle obsession. Oh dear.
America's Supernanny debuts on Lifetime at 9pm. The show has moved from ABC and now features Deborah Tillman doling out advice and naughty spot guidance. At 10pm, you can catch the season premiere of One Born Every Minute.
Over on Oxygen you will find the sixth-season premiere of Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood at 10pm. Tonight's opener features Valentine's Day(?) and the opening of the couple's antique shop. If you need to get caught up, there is an all-day marathon.
Finally, History has a new series called Epic History of Everyday Things. Topics covered on tonight's two-hour premiere include teeth brushing, riding an elevator and riding a bus. The historic look at the seemingly mundane begins at 9pm.
