Although information is still coming in, it appears that there will be an 8-day embargo on programs getting placed on Hulu and Fox.com – an embargo that already exists for many cable programs and a handful of broadcast shows. Customers who log in to Hulu, Fox.com or Dishonline.com will be able to bypass the embargo to watch programs the next day.

Deadline Hollywood has the full press release from Fox.
