NCIS was the big winner Tuesday night allowing CBS to take the overall win. With no shock about who was going to be eliminated, Dancing with the Stars took a dive this week. NBC was able to sneak into second with its reliable Tuesday lineup.

CBS won the night thanks to top show NCIS. The procedural scored a 3.6 (-0.3) with 18.8 million viewers. The Good Wife improved over last week, scoring 2.0 (+0.1) with 10.57 million viewers.

NBC managed a second place finish. Both The Biggest Loser (2.7) and Parenthood (1.9) were steady with last week's numbers, both in ratings and audience size.

Surprisingly, ABC took third place. The finale of No Ordinary Family was consistent with numbers from its last Tuesday episode two weeks ago, scoring a 1.5 with 5.7 million viewers. The inevitable elimination of Wendy Williams on Dancing with the Stars caused the show to take a huge dive, scoring only a 3.1 (-1.2). Body of Proof stumbled as well, though its 2.5 (-0.6) and 11 million viewers are not bad numbers for the timeslot this season.

Univision took fourth place with all three programs scoring 1.5. Fox and the CW were in repeats.
