Tuesday Ratings: CBS wins with series-high 'NCIS'; NBC up, ABC Down

Tuesday's megastorm led to huge ratings for CBS Tuesday night. NBC also saw a boost in numbers. ABC did not see as much improvement, though Detroit 1-8-7 is on the mend.
CBS took the top spot thanks to 'NCIS' hitting a new series-high, beating numbers established just last month. Last night's episode scored a 4.6 (+0.5, two weeks) with 22.71 million watching. This gave a ratings boost to 'NCIS: Los Angeles', which scored a 3.7 (+0.4, two weeks) despite a flat audience. 'The Good Wife' had an audience boost to over 12 million and a slight bump in ratings to a 2.2 (+0.1, two weeks).
NBC took second with 'The Biggest Loser' establish a new season-high of 3.3 (+0.1). The program drew just under 10 million viewers in its last half hour. 'Parenthood' also performed well, scoring a 2.2 (+0.1, two weeks) with 6.2 million viewers.
Fox took third with a 'Glee' repeat and the season finale of 'Million Dollar Money Drop.' The game show scored a 1.8, down 0.1 from its last episode two weeks ago but on par for the season. No word yet if the show will return, but it seems likely if Fox has future schedule holes to fill.
ABC did not benefit from the snowy conditions. 'V' slid to a 1.7 (-0.3, two weeks) and dipped to 5.235 million viewers. 'Detroit 1-8-7' did rebound from its series low three weeks ago to score a 1.3 (+0.3).
The CW shows performed well. 'One Tree Hill' bounced to a 1.1 (+0.2) with 2.37 million viewers. 'Hellcats' has also transitioned nicely to its new timeslot, maintaining a 0.9 with 1.91 million viewers.
