Ratings: Fox wins weekend with Fringe, AMW, Pro Bowl; SNL scores big

Fox hit the weekend trifecta, winning all three nights of primetime. Fringe was the top show Friday, America's Most Wanted took Saturday, and the Pro Bowl easily won Sunday. A new Saturday Night Live also performed well.
'Fringe' held up well on its second Friday appearance, staying flat with a 1.9 despite a slightly lower 'Kitchen Nightmares' lead-in. The Fox programs won their respective hours with 'Fringe' taking top show honors. 'Dateline' won the late hour with a 1.9, beating out '20/20' which score a 1.7.
A rerun-packed Saturday allowed Fox to take the win again with 'Cops' and 'America's Most Wanted.' 'AMW' was the top show of primetime, averaging a 1.8. '48 Hours Mystery' ran a close second with 1.7, winning the late hour and gathering the most primetime viewers (7.63 million). As for 'Saturday Night Live', the Jesse Eisenberg/Nicki Minaj episode was the second-highest rated of the season, scoring a 3.2.
Sunday belonged to the '2011 AFC/NFC Pro Bowl.' Though not an overwhelming ratings winner, the game averaged a 4.4 and 12.355 million viewers. ABC took second thanks to a strong showing from 'America's Funniest Home Videos' and a two-hour 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.' CBS landed in third and NBC finished fourth.
