Tuesday Ratings: NCIS top show; most shows steady or drop

CBS won Tuesday night again with 'NCIS' leading the way. ABC improved over last week, though most shows across the dial were either flat or lower than last week. 'No Ordinary Family' was the biggest improvement week-to-week.
'NCIS' was the top show again Tuesday. The show did fall from last week's series highs, scoring a 4.1 (-0.4) and just under 21 million viewers. 'NCIS: Los Angeles' also had a drop to 3.3 (-0.4) but it did win the middle hour. 'The Good Wife' scored a 2.1 (-0.2) with 11.3 million viewers.
NBC took second with 'The Biggest Loser' and 'Parenthood'. 'Loser' lost some ground from last week, falling to a 2.9 (-0.3) and shedding some viewers. 'Parenthood' held steady from last week, averaging a 2.1 (-0.1) with 5.6 million viewers.
Fox finished third with a 'Glee' repeat and a new episode of 'Million Dollar Money Drop'. The game show improved from last week, scoring a 1.9 (+0.1). This is also the game's best score since its premiere week in December.
ABC, finishing in fourth, did improve over last week. 'No Ordinary Family' had the biggest boost, scoring a 1.9 (+0.4). 'V' held steady from last week with a 1,9. 'Detroit 1-8-7' was not on, but the show is in more trouble because the '20/20' special that took its place scored a 1.3 (+0.3 for the timeslot).
Finally, the series finale of 'Life Unexpected' on the CW averaged a 0.8 with 1.75 million viewers. That's the largest audience of the season, though not its season-high rating.
